Ingredients

500g tender stem broccoli 

1 tablespoon olive oil 

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Juice of a lemon

1 tablespoons honey 

1 tablespoons rose harissa pate 

To serve 
x1 tub Kavli whipped Cheddar 

Salt and black pepper (to taste) 

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C/170°C fan/375°F/gas mark 5.

  2. Toss the broccoli into a roasting tray. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then scatter a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix to combine, then roast for 20 minutes.

  3. Mix your honey, cinnamon and harissa paste in a small bowl.

  4. Remove the broccoli from the oven. Pour the honey and harissa mixture over them and toss until they are coated.

  5. Spoon your Kavli whipped Cheddar on to a serving plate and top with the glazed broccoli. Add sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste. Serve with bread for dipping.
