500g tender stem broccoli
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Juice of a lemon
1 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoons rose harissa pate
To serve
x1 tub Kavli whipped Cheddar
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Preheat your oven to 190°C/170°C fan/375°F/gas mark 5.
Toss the broccoli into a roasting tray. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then scatter a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix to combine, then roast for 20 minutes.
Mix your honey, cinnamon and harissa paste in a small bowl.
Remove the broccoli from the oven. Pour the honey and harissa mixture over them and toss until they are coated.
Spoon your Kavli whipped Cheddar on to a serving plate and top with the glazed broccoli. Add sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste. Serve with bread for dipping.
