Whip up a one pot creamy cheese lasagne for a mid-week comforting dinner. Replace the white sauce with deliciously creamy Kavli Whipped Cheddar, this recipe is quick and comforting and perfect for a mid-week hearty dinner to keep you full and satisfied.

4 tbsp olive oil
2 onions, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 large carrots, grated
2 bay leaves
700g passata
500ml beef stock
250g ready meal lasagne sheets
500g beef mince
7g fresh basil, chopped
1tbsp cracked black pepper
½ tablespoon sea salt
125g Kavli whipped Cheddar
Heat the olive oil in a deep pan on a medium heat.
Add onions, garlic, and carrot, and cook for five minutes until soft.
Add passata, bay leaves, beef stock, salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
Tear or snap the lasagne sheets in half. Using tongs, submerge the pasta sheets and cook accordingly to instructions.
Once cooked, stir in half a tub of Kavli whipped cheddar.
Pre-heat grill to a medium heat.
Place the remaining Kavli whipped cheddar on top and grill until melted.
Sprinkle with basil leaves and serve.
